This day we are going to be following Jarilyn Valdez, a senior at West Orange High School. Valdez has been a part of the choir since she was in elementary school. Valdez has been in choir all four years of high school and plans to continue singing for the rest of her life.
8:00 a.m.- I wake up, take a shower, and get ready for school.
8:30 a.m.- I eat breakfast and start to get my backpack ready for the day.
8:45 a.m.- I head to school to make it on time for 3rd period.
9:00 a.m.- make it to school for 3rd period.
10:12 a.m.- I have my 4th-period warrior-to-warrior class in the library, while I’m there I will complete simple tasks like putting away books.
11:08 a.m.- I have my 5th-period choir class, where we do many vocal warm-ups and learn new songs for the upcoming concerts.
12:00 p.m I get out of school and I start to head home for the day.
12:15 p.m.- I get home and I eat lunch. Typically for lunch, I will eat a sandwich or some fruit. After Jarilyn eats lunch she will usually take a 45 minutes to an hour break.
1:00 p.m.- I start my dual enrollment Valencia classwork.
5:00 p.m.- I stop my schoolwork to go to the gym.
6:30 p.m- I come home from the gym then I go back to complete my homework.
9:00 p.m.- then I stop my schoolwork for the day around this time.
9:30 p.m.- Then I take a shower then watch the new season of 911.
12:00 am- I put my phone down and go to bed.
